1240mm Wood Kitchen Worktops

The 1240mm worktops are the widest in our solid wood range and show off the beautiful wood grains at their best. Perfect for breakfast bars and islands, they create a versatile area for informal dining, entertaining and family life. The hardwearing woods are ideal for the busy hub of the home and will last for decades, gaining warmth and character as the year’s pass.   

Made from sustainably sourced timber, like all other worktops in our range, they allow you to buy with the confidence that your purchase is not harming the environment. They are masterfully manufactured in Europe and the UK and finished to an exceptional standard using a 150-grit finish.   

The breakfast bars are available in full, and 40mm stave options. The full stave option is made from full staves (planks), which run the complete length of the worktop. The 40mm stave (blocks) are joined together using V groove joints; this creates a block pattern effect due to the varying grain patterns.   

The worktops have square edges and corners as standard and are ready for oiling and sealing; this should be completed before installation to all surfaces, including the edges. When placing your order, you can add the oiling/sealing service to save time or if you require your worktop ready to be ready to fit from delivery.
