The Cherry Worktops, with their rich red tones and distinguishing linear grain patterns, create an eye-catching centrepiece and add timeless elegance. Darkening in colour, as decades pass, they will gain character in the hub of your home. Whether paired with a traditional design or something more contemporary. These beautifully warm timbers are harvested from sustainable sources and then expertly manufactured in the UK and Europe from 40mm staves (blocks). The staves are joined using V-grooved joints; this creates a hard wearing worktop, each with its unique design, due to the natural grain patterns.
At Wood Worktops, we have an exclusive collection of quality Cherry Worktops, ranging in size from 1m to 4m and widths of 80mm to 1240mm. If you would like to see a sample of the wood in your home before placing your order, they are available from our Free Wood Sample Service. They are sanded to 150 grit, which gives an excellent finish and leaves them ready for oiling/sealing (oiling/sealing must be completed before fitting commences).
The worktops should only be fitted, by an experienced professional tradesperson, using the correct tools. Slotted or expansion brackets are required to fix the worktops to the base units; extra support may also be necessary for the 1240mm worktops to ensure that cupping, bowing, and warping are avoided. Placing your order is simple. Pick the size you require from the options given (adding on Bespoke Cutting and Oiling/Sealing services, if required). If you have any questions or need assistance placing your order, call or email the team.
