The Full Stave Iroko Worktops are made from the African wood Iroko, sometimes called African Teak. With its linear markings, rich bronze tones and mottled grain pattern, the Iroko worktops give a stunning finish to the most beautiful kitchens. This elegant wood is full of character, hard wearing and stain resistant due to its naturally high oil content, making it a perfect option for busy kitchens. The full stave design with its full-length planks shows the distinctive grain and colouration of this wood beautifully.
At Wood Worktops, we provide an extensive range of worktop sizes. The worktop lengths range from 0.6m – 4.2m, the corners and edges are square as standard, and the finish is to a 150-grit smoothness, ready for oiling or sealing. A Bespoke cutting service is available for bespoke edges, corners and designs, and an oiling/sealing service is also available. This will save you time and enable you to fit your worktop from delivery. Fitting a worktop correctly and safely is a skilled job which we recommend is only carried out only by a qualified tradesperson with the correct tools and brackets.
Choosing the right worktop for your design is essential, as it will be part of your home for many years. To help you, we have a free wood samples service, which allows you to look at the wood colouring in your home. When you have made your choice, you can order online by selecting from the options available or contact us if you need assistance.
